Terms and Conditions

All Class Credits are valid for 3-months from the purchase date.

Auto payment is actioned when you have fully utilised your class credits.

Classes and Privates must be prepaid.

Auto payment can be stopped with notice via email at any time.

24-hour cancellation policy under all circumstances.

If you cancel late or don’t show up for your class, your credit will be allocated for the class.

All Block Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your permanent class booking will be kept for a maximum of 3 months.

All classes are 55 minutes with 5 minutes for wiping down equipment used.

We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time.

Your credit card details are loaded on your profile. The information is protected and can only be used to pay for your Pilates classes. All information is kept securely, and you will receive notification of any transactions.

You are responsible for canceling and re-scheduling your classes using the online system or our own Branded App. The Pilates Centre Mosman. If neither of these methods is available to you, please email or call us directly.

You attend your classes at your own risk.
