A lot of my training has come from life experience. I have lived among different ethnic cultures around the world throughout my life. I left home at the age of 17 to live in Israel where I served in the Israeli army as a medic. After the army, I taught figure skating while studying at Tel Aviv University. I left Israel to teach scuba diving in Thailand, the Philippines, Australia and finally Honduras where I met the love of my life. We started a family and ran a boutique beachfront hotel on the Caribbean island of Roatan. Sadly, our relationship came to an end and in my search to heal I moved with my two children to a traditional martial arts school in China for 2 years. There we homeschooled and trained intensively. After all this training, I came out even stronger. I moved to New Zealand with my daughter for her to finish highschool and I began to teach Tai Chi online. During this time, I also studied at the online Institute for Integrative Nutrition. These studies complemented my life experience and have taught me how to help others live their highest vibration with practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories.
As noted above, I have always been very athletic as a competitive figure skating, scuba instructor, latin dancer and now Martial Artist. I know and understand the benefits that exercise has on one’s life and emotional balance. I also know how certain exercises are too extreme and can injure you. I have gone to the dark depths of injuries and have returned healed and rejuvenated! That too is another big part of my training.
I also own and support an organic farm in Panama, Central America that focuses on the methods of permaculture and maintaining healthy soil to grow optimum fruits and vegetables.
