Nurture yourself in our studio

Our boutique studio in Rose Bay is perfect for those that prefer hands on and a face to face experience. We have beautiful equipement that supports all body types and needs.

Our teachers are specialists in what they do and are certified in the GYROTONIC® method.

Why GYROTONIC®

The GYROTONIC® method is a movement system that puts the spine and skeletal system at the centre of your movement patterns. Once the body remembers how to move from the bones and to align itself effectively, all movement becomes effortless and pain free.

The GYROTONIC® method has unique, wooden, beautifully crafted equipment that can support your body to move in directions that expose where the body's restrictions lie and through this we can retrain you allowing for a more supple body with greater range of movement.

A GYROTONIC® class feels somewhere between having a massage and swimming as it is a hands-on method. This teachers touch allows the body to be lead into it's blind spots, increasing the existing map of the body that the nervous system holds and allowing you to move in ways you never imagined possible before.

One leaves a GYROTONIC® class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and uplifted.

The new studies suggest that the vagus nervous system is strongly connected to the gut nerves, which explains the pathophysiology of several diseases, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), especially during acute flareups where stress leads to digestive symptoms.

The female reproduction system is complex with several hormonal axes and feedback loops. When a woman goes through menopause, the production of certain hormones plummets, triggering a number of clinical manifestations, including reduced bone mineral density.
Your gut micro-biome should ideally have 20000 to 30000 different species, and the reality is, in this modern world, it requires conscious effort, not just popping supplements.
